GENERAL CLEANING

Cleaning can be time consuming, taking away hours of your weekend, or free time with your family. Enough of the dirt and grime sneaking into your life! With our General Cleaning service we can maintain a clean environment in your home or business, while you enjoy your time doing other things!

• Wipe, dust and clean large surfaces in Kitchen, Bathrooms, Living and Bedrooms.

• Dust and clean window sills, mirrors and appliances along with light fixtures and/or ceiling fans.

• Dry dust TV screens, computer keyboards and screens.

• Sanitize all toilets, sinks and tubs.

• Remove trash.

• Finishing off by mopping and vacuuming all the floors on our way out.

DEEP CLEANING

Throwing a Holiday Party? Baby on the way? Winter had you hibernating, time for a Spring Clean? Our Deep Cleaning services are a great option to help you go above and beyond without taking away a whole weekend. By scheduling a the Deep Cleaning service, you will receive all the services included in the General Cleaning, along with the trickier, dirtier nooks and crannies that aren’t as necessary to keep up with day-to-day.

• Wipe, dust and clean smaller details like baseboard, trim around doors and windows and walls.

• Dry dust blinds, heat registers, along with removing items from shelves to clean as needed.

• Cabinets cleaned top to bottom, along with inside of fridge/freezer and oven.

• Vacuum furniture

MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT CleaNING

Moving can be a hassle, let JLC Cleaning Services ease the transition to your new home or apartment by taking one thing off your to-do list. Move-in/Move-out cleans are typically scheduled for double the amount of time of a residential cleaning. They include the same level of a Deep Clean and then some.

• Whether its the kitchen, bathrooms, hallways or living spaces we wipe down and clean all surfaces from the walls to the light fixtures.

• We clean appliances such as microwaves, dishwashers and even the fridge from top to bottom, in and out.

• The window sills, tracks and accessible interior glass are cleaned to shine.

• Finishing off by mopping and vacuuming all the floors on our way out.

*Some areas we cover in a move out clean don’t get cleaned the duration of residency and have more build up than other surfaces and may require a stronger product. 

COMMERCIAL CLEANING

We have a small crew who works in the evenings & weekends to service our commercial accounts. We clean offices on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly rotations or as needed basis.

• From cubicles and conference rooms to kitchenettes, bathrooms and common areas we dry dust keyboards & computer bases, spot check glass doors & interior windows, and wipe down and sanitize surfaces.

• Finishing off by mopping, vacuuming and removing trash on our way out.
